1. Enter verified facts
Capture objectives, KPIs, financials, delivery, controls, risks, incidents, decisions and milestones for the reporting period.
Executive reporting tool
Structure user-supplied facts into an executive summary, KPI scorecard, risk heat map, decision requests and next-period outlook for data, AI, governance, quality, transformation or managed services.
How it works
Capture objectives, KPIs, financials, delivery, controls, risks, incidents, decisions and milestones for the reporting period.
The tool calculates a defined 0–100 performance score, KPI status, financial impact and risk exposure using visible rules.
Validate the generated narrative, prioritised actions and decision requests, then print or export the pack locally.
Guided workflow
Complete each section with reporting-period facts. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
Methodology and responsible use
The board pack is a structured management aid. It converts entered information into consistent summaries and prioritisation signals; it does not validate source evidence or predict future outcomes.
The overall score weights KPI attainment, delivery completion, benefits realisation, compliance, data quality and portfolio health. Risk and incident penalties reduce the score. KPI attainment is capped at 125% before aggregation so exceptional over-performance cannot dominate the result.
Risk exposure uses a standard 5 × 5 likelihood and impact matrix. Critical exposure is 15–25, high is 10–14, medium is 5–9 and low is 1–4.
Results depend entirely on the completeness, consistency and accuracy of user-supplied information. The tool does not test causality, audit evidence, financial recognition rules, regulatory compliance or the quality of underlying management controls.
Use the generated narrative as a draft for accountable review. Replace ambiguous wording, add sources where necessary and confirm all requests before board circulation.

Frequently asked questions
It combines KPI attainment, delivery completion, benefits realisation, compliance, data quality and portfolio health, then deducts defined penalties for entered risks and material incidents.
For “higher is better” KPIs, attainment equals actual divided by target. For “lower is better” KPIs, it equals target divided by actual. On track is at least 100%, Watch is 85–99.9%, and Off track is below 85%.
Yes. Select a supported reporting currency. The tool does not perform exchange-rate conversion, so benefits and costs must use the same currency.
Net financial impact is still shown, but ROI is not calculated because dividing by zero would be invalid.
No. All facts are user-supplied and should be checked against approved source evidence before board circulation.
State the decision, accountable decision-maker, required timing, financial or risk consequence, and what happens if approval is delayed.
Include events significant enough to affect service, customers, financial performance, compliance, security, safety, data integrity or strategic delivery, based on your organisation’s reporting threshold.
The generator processes up to ten valid KPI rows and ten valid risk rows to keep the board pack concise and focused on material matters.
Yes. Core form submission and board pack generation work server-side without JavaScript. Local JSON and CSV downloads, reset confirmation and print shortcuts use JavaScript.
No external APIs or libraries are used. Browser exports are generated locally. The page itself processes submitted values on the hosting server, and any broader server logging depends on the site’s infrastructure.
No. The score is a consistent management indicator, not an audit opinion, compliance certification, valuation, forecast or substitute for accountable review.
Use the reporting cadence agreed by the board or steering committee, typically monthly or quarterly, and refresh sooner when material risks, incidents or decision requirements change.
